- Never respond to spam email, or even "download images."
- Click the "this is spam" button in your email client or browser if you have that. This alerts the ISP of the problem sender and shuts them down quickly.
- Forward all spam to the Federal Trade Commission at spam@uce.gov then delete.
- If this is email that you DID sign up for, don't use the SPAM button. Use unsubscribe!
- Reply to legitimate "over-senders" that they are sending too much email.
- If you are not willing to read the privacy policy: don't give out your email address.
- Use two email addresses. Sign up with your "marketing" email, and if the content is good, update your profile to your "real" email address.
- Use an email filter. Free one available at cyberdefender.com. Check it frequently for "false positives" especially when first installed.
- Complain to your Congress person to increase prosecution. It's currently abysmal.
- Reward email marketers who "Do Email Marketing Right" with your business.

We work directly with all of our clients and get assurance from them that all of their email contacts are collected legitimately and that all members of their list have opted in. If you feel that your trust was violated in any way, please forward the offending email to abuse@emailbroadcast.com and describe the circumstances so that we can immediately take action.
We fully support the CAN-SPAM act and hope that prosecution increases. We hate SPAM as much as you do which is why we use a captcha device on all of our forms and to hide our email addresses from internet robots.
You should notice that all of our clients' emails comply
fully with CAN-SPAM including:
- Non-deceptive subject lines
- Legitimate from and reply to addresses
- Physical address of sender is included
- Automatic unsubscribe link is included
If you definition of SPAM is email that you simply don't want to receive anymore, we encourage you to use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you received. You will be permanently removed from that company's list and you will receive an email receipt of that removal. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
