Changing the world made easier.
At Email Broadcast, we’re inspired by the work of nonprofits, NGOs, and For-Purpose companies who are changing the world, and we’d like to do our part to help.
Email Marketing is the ideal tool for helping nonprofits tell their story, but sadly it’s not happening. Most campaigns are inconsistent, poorly designed, and uninspired. Why? It’s not because they don’t care, it’s because great email marketing is hard. Having a great strategy and planning ahead is hard. Telling great stories is hard. Making emails look beautiful is hard. Managing the technical back-end is hard. And since most organizations simply don’t have an in-house team of email marketing experts, they send out below average emails with below average results – squandering their biggest opportunity.
If your organization depends on new and repeat donors and volunteers to thrive, and you’ve got an important story to tell we’re here to help.
We want to make a world of difference for the people who make a difference in the world.
Making time for email marketing can be a challenge
We’re willing to bet you joined this cause because you’re inherently driven to contribute to the world in a meaningful way, not because you wanted to master email marketing. But when the stakes of your success are as high as they are, email marketing is an essential investment and one that can provide a huge pay off for your company and your cause when it’s done correctly.
We’re here to make your organization a success
At Email Broadcast, we care about two core things: making your organization a success and being good people. To us, that means working with people who are making a positive impact on the world—whether you’re helping to provide clean water, building houses or schools, fighting for human rights, cleaning up community parks, or changing the lives of children.
Why Email Broadcast?
For the past 17 years, we’ve kept our client list small, so we can get big results. Our secret sauce is that we combine the deep technical knowhow email marketing requires with the art form of telling a story. Our small team of experts brings their individual skills to your campaign. Working with us is like having an entire email marketing department, for less than the cost of a single part-time employee, and with no additional headcount.
How can we help you achieve your goals?
Email Broadcast can help you create compelling, meaningful, consistent content that captures your audience’s attention at just the right time.
We bring a team of experts to handle strategy, copywriting, design, and coding. Your dedicated account coordinator will know your business inside and out and keep you updated on your campaign’s progress. We’ll even develop a list of 100 ideas we think your audience is going to love.
With the right strategy, we will:
- Collect prospects and potential donors/volunteers you’re currently missing on your website
- Convert those prospects into new customers and donors/volunteers through automated marketing
- Minimize recurring operational headaches
- Keep your audience up to date on your latest efforts and events
- Drive traffic when and where you need it
- Build meaningful relationships that last all year long—not just before a fundraiser
- Create SEO-friendly blog posts to help tell your best stories
Why full service email marketing?
We know you have a dedicated team of people working for you, but even rock stars have limits, and no one person can effectively run a world-class email campaign. Partnering with a like-minded company can save you time, money, and stress—plus, we’ll put you on the fast track to meeting your goals for THIS year.
How much will it cost me?
With email marketing, the outcome is always more important than the cost. The Direct Marketing Association says email marketing has the number one return on investment over any other medium. When you’re a wind farm company and a single installation could be the difference between a good and bad year or when one donation means a child could have meals for a month—the return you get is almost always worth it.
That being said, we know that every dollar you invest in your work counts, and we’re here to work with your unique business needs. After a 20 minute conversation, we’re typically able to provide a proposal with the exact investment required. Fill out the form below to get started.

Eloise’s Cooking Pot
Eloise’s Cooking Pot is a volunteer food bank in the Pacific Northwest that serves over 1500 clients a week. They spend countless hours delivering food to undernourished children, seniors, and disabled people in their community. Not only had their 1994 diesel truck became a burden to fuel, but their only other vehicle was totaled, cutting their capabilities in half overnight. They desperately needed to win the Toyota 100 Cars for Good contest.
Our team rolled up their sleeves and got down to business. Like we do all of our clients, we took a look at the big picture and the first item on our “to-do” list was the strategy. We noticed their website hadn’t been updated in a while and that they needed a social media plan that would gain attention. While they turned our suggestions into action, we worked in overdrive, launching multiple campaigns, trying to re-engage as many supporters as we could to make sure Eloise’s Cooking Pot would win a truck they not only needed, but deserved.
The votes were counted and the winner was announced: Eloise’s Cooking Pot was victorious! They were able to expand their delivery services to the ones who need it most in their community. The best part is that we were able to make such a positive impact by doing what we do best—email marketing.
“Because of the team at Email Broadcast, my husband will live on in the Surfing for Life Foundation. I can’t thank you enough.”
—Nancy Brown, Wife of Tom Brown, Surfing for Life Foundation
Surfing for Life
Tom Brown was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer in 2008. Through months of grueling chemo treatments and three radical surgeries, Tom was overwhelmed by the outpour of love and support he received from the people around him. Motivated to make a difference, he created the Surfing for Life Foundation. He spent the next 7 years traveling from surf shop to surf break to spread the message about cancer prevention.
In 2015, Tom lost his battle to cancer. Unwilling to see her husband’s foundation die with him, his wife Nancy contacted us with an urgent need. Our team wanted to help, but the foundation couldn’t afford our services…but we didn’t let that get in the way. Email marketing was the boost Surfing for Life needed to gain awareness, so we volunteered our services at no cost.
After the emails went out, Nancy received calls and messages from people offering time, money, and valuable skills to keep Toms foundation alive. Now every time we look down at our Surfing for Life wristbands, we know we did a good thing for a great cause.
